Quality Control

Examining the international policies, standards, procedures and models for developing reliable solutions, such as CMMI, TMMI, ITIL, etc. in order to increase TETCO’s credibility, boost customer confidence in products/ projects, improves workflow efficiency, and offers a real competitive advantage.
Drafting and contributing to the implementation of TETCO’s internal quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures related to testing IT solutions and applications, ensuring fit to business requirements and industry standards.
Tracking quality assurance metrics in coordination with the QC function and taking the proper action accordingly to improve the overall efficiency of the processes and the overall quality of the outcomes as well as performing root cause analysis for problems they faced. 
Reviewing all adopted tools and methodologies in the Solutions Development function to ensure their compliance with the set policies and procedures while spotting any deviations.
