Job Description
Site Management:
- Oversee daily site operations and activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Quality Control:
- Monitor work progress and maintain high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with technical designs.
Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and site documentation.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction site supervision or management.
- Proven track record in large-scale construction projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of structural and civil engineering principles.
