Job Overview:

  • As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies, ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Support, and Product owners, fostering collaboration to create and optimize digital campaigns that effectively reach and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Plan, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insigts, leveraging this information to refine and enhance our digital marketing strategies.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience through continuous monitoring, analysis, and improvement of key metrics, such as traffic, conversions, bounce rates, and engagement.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion through effective landing page optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Content team to develop engaging and impactful digital content, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring our strategies are innovative and competitive.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Outbound marketing proven experience is a must 
  • B2 English proficiency level
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, marketing automation software, etc.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that have resulted in increased brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
