Monthly Salary - AED 17000 to AED 20,000 Main Duties Acting as the second-in-command of the kitchen team, collaborating on International and Arabian/Emirati classic menus. Ensuring the provision of 5-star caliber food for Mangrove restaurant and Executive Dining.Support the Executive Chef Executive Chef in formulating food budgets and achieving set targets for food sales, average spend, profit margins, and operational expense.Emphasizing team management, fostering engagement and development, while consistently upholding food hygiene standard.Contributing to Arabic menu creation, costing, training, and implementation, showcasing comprehensive knowledge and creativity. Participating in overall kitchen management, including inventory management, food quality controls, storage, and cleanliness.Acting as the Executive Chef's delegate in their absence, attending routine meetings, overseeing budgets, and contributing to profit and loss evaluation.RequirementsProfessional demeanour with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Extensive expertise in Emirati and Arabian Cuisine.Strong organizational abilities, with prior experience in budget formulation and management.Availability to work 48 hours weekly, Monday through Friday.Minimum of 5 years' experience in Middle Eastern and Arabian cuisine, capable of crafting authentic Lebanese and Syrian dishes.
