Job Description
- Create the company’s supply chain strategy
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
- Evaluate and report on KPIs
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smooth
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records
- Enhancing warehouse design and fully leveraging technology to achieve maximum efficiency in storage operations, as well as facilitating picking
- Analyzing data and utilizing inventory management systems to control inventory levels
- Plans and schedules manpower, provides staff training and development, conducts performance evaluations, and builds an effective team to ensure that established warehouse goals for productivity, safety, sanitation, and performance are met.
- Identifying inventory needs and coordinating purchase orders to ensure the availability of necessary materials in a timely manner.
