Perform a full life cycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, and supervising manufacture) to satisfy product goals/requirements.
Design review from concept to detailed drawings.
Perform mechanical design including concept development, detailed design, and creation of manufacturing and assembly drawings
Preparing for Prototyping, testing and implementation of specific mechanical functions.
Define the mechanical design for subsystems based on the functional specification in cooperation with teammates.
Participate in Schematics diagram & Block diagram for product system.
Create and review 3D CAD designs and 2D drawings for parts and assemblies with GD&T.
Awareness with the standard required for any type of product.
Perform Design FMEA and assist with Process FMEA’s where required.
Design required Jigs, fixture and inspection tools.
Consider design for assembly and design for manufacturing principles
Maintain project scope and budget
Interface with suppliers during early phases to insure proper understanding of project requirement.
Evaluate final product’s overall performance, reliability and safety
Create and review BOM
Perform design verification & validation testing plan.
Perform verification test for new designed modules and document verification result.
Prepare and review design documentation, technical specifications, and other project related documentation.
Prepare the reports of the projects status and productivity

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5-8 years of experience
Proficient in Mechanical design using SolidWorks CAD software
SolidWorks file management
Advanced FEA & CFD analysis
GD&T and stack analysis.
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, workshop machines and its applications.
Awareness with IEC 60601-1 is preferred.
Awareness with ISO 13485 is preferred.
Self-motivated, result oriented and works independently with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
Good English Language
