Job Description

Are you a passionate and experienced localization Digital Marketing Manager looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager, where you will play a vital role in driving our digital marketing strategies and campaigns to support our global growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition and retention in the localization industry.
  • Plan and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Managing the digital marketing budget to ensure that campaigns are cost-effective and efficient.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new digital marketing opportunities and trends within the localization industry.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content teams, to ensure alignment, maximize marketing impact and meet company’s vision.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging digital marketing trends to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in the localization industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong analytical and critical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • An independent and results-oriented candidate who are able to effectively execute strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
