Job Description
Clinique du Caire is a prestigious medical center with multiple branches, specialized in dentistry and physiotherapy currently hiring a branch manager in our Mohandeseen branch. The branch manager is expected to:
- Oversee daily clinic operations
- Manage scheduling within the clinic and ensures clinical services are scheduled in a way that promotes the continuity of patient care and optimal revenue generation
- Manage and optimize patient's healthcare insurance plans
- Develop, implement, and monitor the clinic’s budget and revenue targets
- Maintain high level of client satisfaction and proper customer support
- Manage and analyse various clinic reports like daily reports, daily sales report etc.
- Hire and train new employees
- Supervise staff and complete routine performance and adherence reviews
- Actively investigate new business opportunities for the Clinics operations
- Review patient medical records
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- College graduate.
- Strong experience in clinic management, preferably dental, is a must.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare insurance and different insurance companies
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work in night hours.
- Our location is in Mohandeseen.
