Job Description

  • Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase
  • Receive, upload and shelf all supplies.
  • Keep an organised allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store.
  • Cross-verify the monthly store inventory at the end of each month.
  • Aligning with other departments e.g. Finance and purchasing regarding inventory reports and the delivery of supplies bills.
  • Review the received claim forms to insure that they follow proper formatting and report the wrong ones

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of commerce.
  • 0-1 years of experience .
  • Good Excel knowledge.
  • Good English.
  • Males are preferable .
