Job Description

1 - Periodically follow up on competitors’ lists through the company’s group, submit an immediate report, and work on analyzing competitors’ lists in terms of:
A- A price comparison of shared items that have a current stock in the warehouse, with reference to the stock in the warehouse as of its history.
B- Inventorying the items present in competitors’ lists and those not available in the company’s lists and studying the extent of the importance of product innovation. It is preferable to communicate with trusted merchants to find out the extent of the movement of the new items and the importance of including them in the company’s lists, and to conduct a monthly inventory through the company’s group for following up on competitors to determine the extent of the competitor’s regularity in offering goods for sale. .
2 - Review the technical specifications, if any, such as E-mark and spark plug specifications.
3- Compare the new items upon their arrival and make a comparison with the sample warehouse and ensure that there are no discrepancies.
4- Save new samples and photograph them, while assuming the task of sending or receiving samples from suppliers.
5- Continuously follow up and respond to suppliers regarding any technical inquiries for clarification regarding the completion of the purchase order via email, taking into account the speed of responding to the supplier, while adhering to the rules of how to write an email officially and adding senior management in the carbon copy field.
6- Notifying senior management in the event of the arrival of new, wrong items (supplied to the company for the first time) in import letters, along with placing a picture of the correct product and the product that was received by mistake, and indicating the number of the incoming letter and the item code.
7- Working to discover and add car spare parts already dealt with in the company.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree Automotive Mechanical Engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience working in similar position or in Market Research in the Automotive industry.
  • Certificate in Supply Chain or Automotive is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
  • Excellent market research techniques.
  • Excellent user of Microsoft application (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook )
  • Agility and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
