Job Description
Media Republic is hiring! We’re on the lookout for a strong Senior Creative with masterful Arabic to join our creative team. You will ideally possess the ability to work closely with our creative leadership to develop concept led work for 360 campaigns for our ATL and digital clients. Not only will you be a wizard with language in general, but you must be a strategic thinker and be able to deliver quality work on a broad conceptual level.
Your role will include:
- Generating breathtaking concepts for multi-channel campaigns to be implemented by our art, social media and video departments.
- Acting as a cornerstone for the creative team in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and leading the implementation of campaign visuals and content according to deliverables and deadlines.
- Drafting and presenting strategic rationale behind client campaigns on a broad level.
- Leading projects, and collaboration in creative sessions with members of various departments and managing briefs from concept through completion.
- Leading and mentoring younger copywriters, designers, and creatives and inspiring them to create great work.
- Reporting directly to our creative leadership and continuously and working with them to develop and hone your role within the agency.
Job Requirements
To be considered for the job we require that you have:
- A stunning portfolio of ads across all media with killer lines and great creative concepts.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience working in ad agencies in copy roles.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Being an expert in long copy would be a bonus!
