Job Description
- Handle all customer segmentation to maximize company sales.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market Conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
- Answering incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Using the in-depth knowledge of the real estate market to help clients find or sell property
- Guiding clients through the process of finalizing purchases or sales.
- Record the customer's personal information accurately in a CRM system.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a MUST.
- Experience 3+ years in Real Estate.
- Attractive salaries + Commission.
- Real Estate Experience is a Must in New Cairo.
- High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good communication & presentations skills
- Ability to follow up with the clients
