Location: 5th Settlement, Cairo, Egypt
Experience Level: Senior Level
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
- Monitor progress towards sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
- Stay informed about market trends and industry developments
- Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships
- Conduct 75-100 cold calls per day with 50% efficiency
- Conduct 1-2 orientation or broker visits per day
- Engage in social media activities to promote properties and raise awareness
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Previous experience in the real estate field
- Must possess a car
- Residency near 5th Settlement
