Job Description
-Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for process efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock balances while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and enhance overall operational performance.
- Prepare reports and documents related to production planning and inventory management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in production planning or related field within the electronics industry (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members at all levels.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
