Job Description
MMC is looking for a hardworking, Solution Engineer with proven experience and a passion for crafting process solutions to various business.
He will be responsible for consulting with partners on the range of the company’s products including: Samplers, thermocouples, temperature probes, control and measuring devices, and ferroalloys.
Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, and contribution to overall growth and business success.
Responsibilities
* Supporting m new account base
* Plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex cycles
* Model the financial business case associated with each l opportunity
* Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
* Create and deliver demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
* Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
* Effectively communicate client needs to the Supply Chain and Technical teams for future product enhancements
* Collect and document competitive intelligence
Job Requirements
* Proven work experience as an Engineer in the metal industry
* Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in steel, ferroalloys, refractory, and foundry industries.
* Proven track record of working with complex enterprise solutions
* Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
* Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
