Job Description
Job DescriptionImplement the Learning and Development programs for the non-pharmacies crew related to design, delivery and evaluation to ensure proper identification and development opportunities for Nahdi talents.AccountabilitiesTraining Program:Design (from scratch and customize) the training programs whether in-house or through the collaboration with the Training Providers through the customization of the program with the required Training Needs Analysis for the assigned departments to ensure the effectiveness of the training programs.Analyze the company's goals and the SMART objectives of the assigned departments with the assigned Head of Departments through the training needs analysis process to ensure the achievement of the objectives.Handle all the logistics of the development programs including the flights and accommodation for instructor, meeting rooms’ readiness and all the pre training requirements to ensure proper preparation and readiness for the training program implementation.Manage the learning program delivery through matching the learning program with Nahdi competency framework and monitoring the learning delivery of the instructor to ensure the effectiveness of the learning program.Evaluate the program effectiveness through gathering feedback from Nahdi participants regarding the facilitator, program content and session environment to measure participant satisfaction and to enhance the training programs.Deliver Training Programs as per the set training plan to ensure proper career development for Nahdi employees.Manage the pre-learning and development programs activities through setting action plans with the participants on the work practice of the program to communicate the formal action plans to the Departments’ managers.Academy Progress Report:Develop Academy progress report including the budget, the penetration rates, and the programs executed…etc to be communicated with the assigned departments to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs.Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.Work EnvironmentIndoors : 60%Outdoors : 40 %Working Days : 5 Working DaysDays off : 2 Days OffWorking Hours : 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 hour break)Job RequirementEducationBachelors DegreeExperience 3 Years of ExperienceComputer SkillsMS Office SuiteLanguagesEnglishArabic
