Job Description
- Examining the product and ensuring that it conforms to the required standards.
- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
- Examining problems and errors in products, identifying the causes, and finding solutions.
- Ensure that the final product conforms to the required specifications. Isolate any defective product. from the identical products and distinguish it as defective.
- Ensuring that the production is cost-effective, also updating and improving whenever and wherever possible.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Calculating and ensuring the availability of material resources needed.
- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
- Maximize the factory's performance, while minimizing any delays to ensure we meet deadlines.
- Complete the production planning phase and ensure everything is according to the plan set.
- Supervise and handle all the job orders within the set time and operating budget.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Chemistry or Workers University.
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a Quality Control or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Very good in MS Office.
- Very good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Very good data collection and analysis skills.
