Responsibilities:

• Update inventory records using the designated software system.
• Execute issuance orders and facilitate withdrawal operations according to standard procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding stock levels.
• Implement security measures to safeguard stored products against theft, damage, and deterioration.
• Prepare monthly reports on incoming and outgoing items, consumption rates, and demand levels.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
• Identify and isolate obsolete or damaged items for proper disposal or replacement.
