Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Arabic and English Queue Banking Customer Service Advisors inside the bank.
The Customer Service Advisor will provide exceptional customer service to banking clients, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions. This role involves handling customer transactions, explaining products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Customer Service, Communication, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Knowledge of Banking Products and Services
  • Ability to Handle Customer Inquiries and Transactions
  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy
  • Computer Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Previous experience in Banking or Customer Service is a plus
  • Fluency in additional languages is beneficial
