Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Arabic and English Queue Banking Customer Service Advisors inside the bank.
The Customer Service Advisor will provide exceptional customer service to banking clients, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions. This role involves handling customer transactions, explaining products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
