Job Description
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities with consultants, participating departments and stakeholders
• Assisting and supporting the project manager
• Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required
• Under the supervision of the project manager, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity
• Designing and controlling the project schedule to ensure deadlines are met
• Prepare presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value
• Delegate tasks to team members
• Organize project team meetings and recording minutes

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 2-6 years of experience in consultant office or similar client-side project role
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft Project, Revit, AutoCAD, 3dmax & related programs
• Proficient in English language
• Knowledge of local and international codes and standards
Good to have
• Detailed understanding architectural and construction techniques.
• LEED Green Associate & PMP is preferred.
