Job Description
- Maintaining and managing the availability of Data Center systems and equipment to the highest possible level with suitable and technically accepted condition.
- Monitor bank’s applications servers and operational status infrastructure capacity and status through Site Scope and monitor DC site network through Network Node Manager and follow escalation procedures.
- Ensure that all the repairs and related Maintenance activities for the assigned systems are performed as scheduled.
- Maintain national electrical code and OSHA standards for site operations to ensure our compliance to the global standards.
- Ensure that all DC site operational records and files are maintained and properly updated.
- Follow up preventive maintenance activities carried out as scheduled and stated in the MOP’s
- Ensure that new equipment is installed in proper locations in terms of power requirements and data cabling.
- Monitor the supplies and materials required for maintenance and cleanness of the Data Center
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer / Communications / Electrical or their equivalent.
- From 1- 3 of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Data Center , Network systems and Servers
- Certification of ITIL foundation is a must
