Job Description
- Designing and implementing work schedules for maintenance activities with sub-contractors.
- Overseeing maintenance sub-contractors works and validate needed spare parts.
- Preparing Scope of works and drawings for new projects and supporting the selection of the MEP contractors.
- Drawing the new seats design and fit-outs using CAD technology to meet customers’ needs.
- Supporting project Managers to deliver new projects on time with proper quality and standards.
- Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
- Supporting in troubleshooting major system failures and equipment malfunctions.
- Ensuring the uptime of electrical equipment on site.
- Recording and maintaining operatives performance against set targets and report any abnormalities, poor performance...etc. to senior management
- Supporting procurement team in purchasing the electrical equipment on-site.
- Ensuring the project completion on-time
- Reviewing monthly MEP maintenance report and validate sub-contractors works and invoices.
- Participating in annual budget study.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical Major).
- Technical Skills: CAD, CAM programs – Analytical – Budget Control – Project Management - national electrical and safety codes.
- Interpersonal Skills: Result Orientation - Operational Awareness - Building Networks - Coaching & Mentoring - Customer Centristy.
- Advanced in English Language.
