Job Description
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
- Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure supplier performance meets company standards
- Track and analyze sourcing data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sourcing goals and objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sourcing, with a proven track record of success
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing home appliances, furniture, and electronics is a must
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
