Job Description
- Dealing with airlines to find the best rates for group requests ( outgoing flights )
- Handling domestic flights out of Egypt
- Helping passengers who missed a flight or connection to reschedule their travel plans and get them to their destination as quickly as possible
- Experience with ticketing procedures ( issuing , reissue and refund tickets )
- Handle the retail portion of selling a ticket
- Deal with planning schedules for customers and helping them reach their destination via the best route and at the lowest cost
- Helping passengers who missed a flight or connection to re-schedule their travel plans and get them to their destination as quickly as possible
- Responsible for paying the amounts to the contracted airlines on the agreed date
- Assess supplier profiles and analyze offers
- Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics
- Review supplies to ensure quality
- Prepare and submit detailed reports (revenues, buying expenditures etc.)
- Keep updated records

Job Requirements
- Hands on experience with Amadeus System is a MUST (Minimum 2 years)
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating prices and terms and conditions
- Knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong analytical mindset
- Outstanding organizational skills
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
