Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Social Media Specialist & Account Manager. This unique role requires a combination of account management and social media strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships and implementing effective social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Specialist:

  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, aligning with clients' brand voice and messaging.
  • Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, ensuring clients stay ahead of the curve.
  • Conduct in-depth social media audits and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and audit comments, messages, and customer inquiries on social media platforms, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Generate regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights, and making recommendations for improvement.


Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Understand clients' business goals, objectives, and challenges to develop tailored strategies and solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, outlining key deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, content creators, etc.) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of client projects.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing clients with regular updates on campaign performance and results.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of agency services, working closely with the sales team.

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years of digital agency in Advertising Account/Client Management experience
  • eCommerce and digital media experience is a must
  • Experience in digital marketing, SEM or SEO campaigns, and social media advertising is an advance
  • Good background in using CMSs specially Shopify
  • Strong presentation/communication skills
  • Able to manage clients (external and internal) on project scope and delivery
  • Strong client handling/client relations experience
  • Strong background in project management concepts, methodologies, and tools
