Location: Heliopolis
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
- Implement and maintain a secure and robust domain environment.
- Manage ESXi and VMware virtualization platforms.
- Maintain and administer Veeam backup solutions for data protection.
- Manage and optimize Office 365 services to enhance productivity.
- Administer TrueNAS storage solutions for efficient data management.
- Handle server hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and manage Fortigate firewalls to ensure network security.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Aruba switches for network connectivity.
- Manage and maintain Hikvision and Tiandy camera systems for surveillance purposes.
- Oversee ZKT attendance machine & software for efficient employee attendance tracking.
- Manage sophos endpoint, Qutopia call center manager & Grandstream ip phone.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in managing domain environments.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with ESXi, VMware, and Veeam backup solutions.
- Proficiency in administering Office 365 services.
- Experience with TrueNAS storage solutions.
- Familiarity with server hardware and troubleshooting.
- Experience in configuring and managing Fortigate firewalls.
- Proficiency in administering Aruba switches.
- Experience with Hikvision and Tiandy camera systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage ZKT attendance machine & software effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
