Job Description
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy (lights - TV screens - music)
- Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
- Plan meetings and ensure that sales representatives in the field are in contact with the home office staff.
- Monitoring and notifying sales of important deadlines for the leads on CRM
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
- Maintain security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Route calls to specific people
- Hand out employee applications organize the leads by rotation related to call the center department and walk-in clients.
- Prepare all reports to the CEO
- Handling exhibitions to organize customer rotation for sales staff
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Contact with the broker's company to handle the sell issues.
