Job Description

  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy (lights - TV screens - music)
  • Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
  • Plan meetings and ensure that sales representatives in the field are in contact with the home office staff.
  • Monitoring and notifying sales of important deadlines for the leads on CRM
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Maintain security and telecommunications system.
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Route calls to specific people
  • Hand out employee applications organize the leads by rotation related to call the center department and walk-in clients.
  • Prepare all reports to the CEO
  • Handling exhibitions to organize customer rotation for sales staff
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Contact with the broker's company to handle the sell issues.

Job Requirements
