Job Description
- Follow up and coordinator installation maintenance work instructions and schedules among utility staff.
- Setting Departmental Objectives Manager KPIs dashboards and analyze periodically reports.
- Hire, Coach, Develop, Empower and evaluate performance utility engineers and technicians
- Monitor the site's consumption of gas, water and report required periodic reports and analysis.
- Develop & continuously improve departmental SOPs for all processes.
- Implement, archive, and update all site's engineering geometric drawings as built.
- Manager and monitor inventory purchasing Cycle for spare parts, tools, and equipment.
- Manage and follow Sub-contractors, consultants, and vendor's contracts and performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- 10-13 years relative experience preferred in construction projects
