Job Description
We're searching for Help Desk candidates at the below governorates :
Aswan - luxor - Qena - Minya - Bani Suef - Suhag
Qalyubiya - Monufia - Ismailia - Behair
Tasks :
- Manage the daily operations of the IT department.
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.
- Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel.
- Verify the functionality of hardware and software components.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
- Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions.
- Conduct daily network backup operations.
- Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
- Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
- Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
- Managing technical documentation
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Information Technology
- 2 - 5 Years of experience
- CCNA
- MCSA
