Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a background in facility services to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities within the facility services industry, develop strategic sales plans, and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential leads within the facility services industry.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned quotas and targets.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Present comprehensive proposals and effectively negotiate contracts.
Build strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop a deep understanding of the facility services market landscape and competitor offerings.
Contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Facility Management, or related industries
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the facility services industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
