- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using various technologies and tools.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, streamlining, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, CRM, and marketing, to understand business requirements and ensure successful automation of processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation of RPA solutions and provide training to end-users.
- Provide training and support to business users on how to utilize and interact with automation solutions.
- Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure proper functioning and continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with emerging RPA trends, tools, and technologies.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize automation solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or any related field.
- Proficiency in low code platforms such as Google App Sheet, OutSystems,
- Experienced in Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI).
- Experienced in Python with the different automation libraries such as `RPA`, `TagUI`, and ` selenium`.
- Knowledge of libraries such as Pandas and Streamlet is a plus.
- Experienced in the different RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, and MySQL.
- Good knowledge of spreadsheets: Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with the agile way of working (SCRUM)
- Knowledge of Confluence, and Jira.
