Job Description

  1. Coordinates and manages the processing of all student applications throughout the admissions cycle, to ensure that applications are completed and reviewed in a timely manner and within the standards set by the university. 
  2. Provide administrative support by coordinating, implementing, the various admission services functions and its logistics internally and externally.
  3. Provide oversight of the full admissions process from inquiry to enrollment and performs the required follow-ups in all forms of communication fitting the assert required (phone calls, emails, wts app, online meetings----etc).
  4. Ensure focus on quality of customer service while achieving key goals. Hence, continually updates and improves the admission cycle. 
  5. Serves a role in systems management of Power Campus, Moodle, and Hubspot to include testing, updates, training, and creation of rules and workflows to support all phases of the admissions cycle.
  6. Provides statistical information and reports for each semester and up-to-date forecast figures for upcoming semesters.
  7. Maintains and manages student records and ensure confidentiality, security, and accuracy in compliance with academic policies. 
  8. Handles the student scholarships and updates the finance department with student discounts.
  9. Works collaboratively with the teams to smoothly assert prospected High school applicants invert to be enrolled students. 
  10.  Supervises the English placement exam cycles and manage their logistics and communication (internally and externally).
  11. Performs related duties based on department need.

Job Requirements

  • 0-1 years’ experience working in higher education.
  • Possess excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage complex activities.
  • Possess a high level of proactive problem identification and solution.
  • Ability to lead, analyze, and interpret information and complex data. 
  •  Possess excellent customer service and presentation skills.
  • Ability to set proper time management and maintain a high level of organizational skills. 
  • Possess well developed interpersonal skills.
  • Can adapt quickly to new technology, the subsequent upgrades to technology.
  • Punctuality and adherence to entity polices and departmental rules is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management and adherence to deadlines focusing on the quality of work.
  • This job requires full engagement and provide support even during occasional evening and weekends during peak seasons.
