Job Description
- The main duty of a Medical Approval Officer is to support our customers service team in respond to online requests and inquiries from our services providers ( Hospitals – Clinics – Pharmacies ) by following standard procedures.
- He is also responsible for giving online approvals to our providers for eligible services.
- He well be responsible to ensure that all cases are answered within predetermined timescales and are dealt with the highest standards of customer service.
- The Doctor will also document details of messages and conversation and actions taken, in order to make further follow-ups and corrective action as required.
- Providing a full support to customers service team.
- A decision on high cost and complicated cases.
- Attending e-mails from providers or clients.
- Visit complicated cases at hospital and whenever it is required.
Job Requirements
- Must be graduated from Faculty of Medicine
- From 1-3 years of experience in Medical insurance/TPA industry is a MUST.
- Details oriented, Time management & Team-players.
- Males are preferred (Military Service should be exempted/completed)
- Very Good English Language skills is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and users.
