Job Description
- Directs and coordinates livestock farms activities.
- Plans and implements policies and procedures to attain profitability and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Reviews production records & Animals growth rates & rates of illnesses and deaths
- making sure that work progresses satisfactorily
- Prepares operation standards of procedures manual
- Inspects facilities and equipment to ensure compliance standards and to determine maintenance and repair
- Forward planning
- Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets
- Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution.
- Related bachelor degree
- +15 years of Proven experience in the same field
- MBA holder preferred
