Job Description
- Plan and Forecast the division target and segmentation by studying market total competitors and market segmentation, forecast breakdown and determine the needed manpower to achieve division sales target,
- Participate in and define division strategy with a full portfolio plan and set marketing budget,
- Participate in marketing strategies and activities preparation and implementation
- Create and implement Business plans that successfully achieve division objective
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
- Follow up the progress of annual plan’s implementation and season achievement percentage and initiate corrective actions in case of any problems or deviations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts and check received message is clear to ensure the stability of the performance
- Manage products’ stock (Plan, monitor, follow up products orders’ stock availability)
- Follow up and check public and private tenders’ process
- Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals
- Motivate Sales team members to comply with all appropriate rules and regulations and meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals.
- Perform overall quality control of work procedures (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on projects status.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from:- Biomedical, Veterinary, Medicine, Pharmacy, Science or Dentistry.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in sales (2-3 years of experience in same position).
- Medical devices industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent Command of English.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS office.
- SAP user is a must .
- Own a car.
