- Able to conduct and execute quality control and lab procedures according to ASTM-BS-ES.
- Receive and inspect raw materials and conduct related analysis and tests.
- Lead and train quality control supervisors and lab technicians and develop performance results.
- Set and Improve concrete mix designs according to standards.
- Tailor inspection reports and manage the quality team.
