Job Description
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities of new or repaired equipment and machines
- Deploy & Implement maintenance system process in accordance with the requirements of the equipment's, devices and follow up its implementation through preventive and predictive maintenance plans , checklists and clear work instructions.
- Responsible for the procurement of new components for existing equipment and monitor/manage the stock level of equipment spare parts
- Implement quality system ISO / TS16949 requirements, and achieve quality objectives for maintenance-performance indicators as well as the specific maintenance requirements of the customers
- Allocate workload and supervise staff with giving them necessary training and monitor their skill matrix and performance evaluation and appraisal for engineers and technicians
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage the communication and correspondences with equipment manufacturers and well as service providers for maintenance jobs and spares
- Ensure implementation of health and safety policies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance operations "8-10" years
- Degree of Electrical Engineering BSc is mandatory
- Proven experience in PLC Programming and Classic control
- Proven experience in AC & DC drives maintenance and troubleshooting
- Proven experience in hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting
- Certified Maintenance management courses
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication with other departments and interpersonal skills
