Job Description
- Install and configure ICT hardware and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues.
- Preventive maintenance of ICT hardware and software.
- Monitor company’s network infrastructure for availability and reliability.
- Handle ICT users’ support requests, on-site and remotely.
- Document SOP’s and perform diagnostic tests.
- Recommend ICT hardware/software upgrades and repairs.
- Request all needed ICT purchases (laptops, tablets, mobiles, printers, etc.)
- Participate in team projects aiming to improve the quality IT support services.
- Support the implementation of new ICT solutions or applications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in fields related to ICT, or equivalent accredited certifications.
- Males Only.
- Residents of 6th October are preferred.
- Excellent Knowledge of IT Fundamentals (hardware, software, network, security, and infrastructure).
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft platforms especially MS Windows 10.
- Very Good Knowledge of Mac and Android.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud applications.
- Good knowledge of VoIP concepts.
