Job Description
- Handling the employee's files
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Handle all employees legal issues and dealing with social insurances and labor office
- Dealing with SAP application to insert the employee's data and daily payroll effects
- Preparing the daily and weekly reports through Excel sheets
- Coordinate the employment interviews
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree is a must - prefer to be in business
- Experience 1-2 years at least in recruitment, personnel, and compensation
- Good user for Excel & PowerPoint and prefer to use SAP application before
