Job Description
Telesales Representative
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job Requirements
- Experience : Over 1 Year Experience required
- Excellent communication , negotiation skills and Fluent English language
- Age:- 22 – 30 years.
- Residence : Cairo.
Benefits:
- Salary up to 3000 LE Based on the interview
- (Basic Salary + USD Commissions),Social insurance.
- Working Time :- From 10 Am. To 6.00 Pm.
One day off (Friday). - Office Location :- Nasr City - Cairo.
