- Analyzing stakeholders’ needs and conduct brainstorming sessions to get exact requirements.
- Study systems and operations and prepare feature list (product scope), analyze problems from different angles and perform gap analysis.
- Document exact business needs along with both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare use cases, business requirements documents (BRD), system requirements specification (SRS) documents, Data Flow Diagram, Business Rules, prototype, Mock-ups and other functional documents Based on system needs.
- Interact with the technical team to understand the technical aspects of the solution.
- he/she must be able to communicate different messages to different people about the project at any given time
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a business analytics role preferred in traveling sector.
- University degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- PMI-PBA is a plus
- Excellent in English language (writing, listening, and speaking)
- Excellent Communication skills (verbally and in writing)
- Analytical skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
