Management and leadership Experience:
- Leading the Accounting Department to the best performance and building the teamwork inside the department.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide leadership, communicate effectively and build high performing teams.
- Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically.
- Strong negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills.
- Managing financial reporting and record keeping to be well maintained and accurate.
Job Requirements
Background:
- Accounting auditing and Tax auditing.
- Shipping and transportation financial planning and management.
- Good relationship and connections with relevant Government Agencies and local Authorities.
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting section.
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CMA.
Technical Experience:
- 10-15 years Financial Accounting position including minimum 5 years as Accounting Manager.
- Knowledge and application of local finance & TAX laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Ability to prepare and present final financial statements.
- ERP experience & advance knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required (verbal and written).
