Job summary:
Purchase all plant requested commodities, spare parts & fixed assets domestic …etc , at highest quality and with competitive prices according to the approved suppliers list.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of consolidated & executed planned purchase orders.
- Execute all related plant purchase orders from all departments with high quality, less cost & short lead-time.
- Periodical revision & update of the approved suppliers & price lists in the Planning & Control System.
- Provide coaching, training & development experiences to subordinates in the department.
- Issue SOPs systematizing the interface on business related matters with other departments.
- Responsible for determination of hazards, risk factors, environmental aspects and their evaluation.
- Responsible for compliance with legal and other requirements in his department.
- Commitment to emergency plan execution.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Commerce.
- Skills: Leadership skills - Negotiation - work under difficult circumstances – to take responsibility.
- Languages: Good command of English Language (written &
spoken). - Ideal experience: 7-10 years in pharmaceutical purchasing field.
