Job Description

  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical advice and support about products.
  • Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
  • They are often the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products.
  • Study & finalize all the technicality part of all projects & tenders, also preparing all technical offers & submittals.
  • Weekly contact with the project’s consultants.
  • Technical backbone for all in-hand projects.
  • Provide complete turnkey solutions including the supply, installation, maintenance and after sales services for our products.
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
  • Works deals assigned to the sales team supported, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales manager.
  • Providing product education and advice
  • Attending trade exhibitions
  • Provides coaching and professional development to the member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
  • Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
  • Responsible for preparing for meetings and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
  • Solution Preparation/Management Proposal based on Customer’s Requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical
  • Language: Excellent English Language skills (Read/Write/Speak)
  • Skills: Office (Excel, word & PowerPoint) and internet skills
  • Experience: from 3-5 years in selling UPS/Diesel Generators / Distribution Transformers/HVAC or similar products. Preferably to have past experience in a consultancy company.
