Main Responsibilities:

  • Implementing sales plans for the market that ensures the achievement of the company's sales and profitability goals.
  • Responsible for developing the sales plans to maintain and develop business volume with Key account customers.
  • Responsible for developing the plans to enhance the performance of sales engineers/sales representatives/sales executives.
  • Implementing business plans for the sales staff to ensure effective research which leads to real sales opportunities.
  • Implements and coordinates the action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of the necessary marketing plans for selling new products.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to the principle of One to One and one with all sales executives to ensure the effective staff communication, to understand the training needs, and provide a vision for improving sales activity and sales staff.
  • Submit periodic reports in a timely manner to senior management regarding performance.
  • Provide accurate records of the cost and price of the proposed sale, taking into account the competitive pricing while striving to maintain maximum profit margin in order to sell all the possible applications for approval in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate record for all quotations, sales, and activity reports submitted by the sales staff.
  • Supervise the processing of presentations to potential customers and made and responses to the RFP.
  • Help sales staff in the preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Control of expenses to cope with the budget allocated to it.
  • Full compliance with all company policies and procedures and work and commitment to standard code of ethics and ensures its dissemination and implementation within the team.
  • Maintain accurate record of the pending collections & is responsible to guarantee accurate payment schedules from customers

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical
  • Language: Excellent English Language skills (Read/Write/Speak)
  • Skills: Office (Excel, word & PowerPoint) and internet skills
  • Experience in this field: from 7-10 years in selling UPS/Diesel Generators/Distribution Transformers/HVAC or similar products.
