Job Description
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting company events, including meetings, conferences, interviews.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Infrastructure field.
- An Engineering Bachelor's degree is a must.
- Having professional technical experience in administrating, overseeing, and forecasting warehouse, purchasing, payment collection, and logistics depts.
- Maintaining sufficient experience as a Project Manager or Projects General Manager.
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Having excellent communication skills.
- Age is 40 max
- Exceptional leadership and time, task and resource management skills
- CMA is a plus
