Job Description

  • Issue all approvals on AMC software.
    clarify the clients’ employees’ benefits and to abide to the designed SLAs for issuing approvals.
  • Apply the required admin (based on the communication process), financial (based on the TOB (Table of Benefits) and clients ceiling) in
    addition to the technical (based on the coverage and the diagnoses) parts of all the issued approvals.
  • Abide to financial authority levels of issued approvals according to policy and procedures while issuing the approvals on the system.
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints by receiving complaints forms or phone calls (based on the investigation) to communicate the
    problem to the account manager or to the approvals doctor supervisor to take the appropriate action.
  • Deal with the exceptions in coordination with the account manager by communicating with the clients.
  • Approve the sick leaves and the pre-employment check-up received from the accounts.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned (by line manager) within the realm of his/her position, qualifications and capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • 1 – 3 years of experience.
  • Medical insurance background is preferable.
  • BSc degree of Medicine or Pharmacy.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
