Job Description
- Review the invoices issued by sales representatives by reviewing the dates, customer name, the models, the prices, total price of the invoice, returned items and the customer’s signature
- Review the daily collection of the gold and cash with the sales representatives to enter the transactions on the system
- Ensure the compliance of the customers’ balances on monthly or quarter basis by conducting visits to the customers with the accountable sales representatives to review the collections and the invoices
- Review the invoices of the returned items issued by the sales representatives by reviewing each piece’s weight, price, and bar code on the system to ensure the accuracy of the returns and to be with the actual sales price
- Issue financial reports which include aging of the customers, customers’ balances, credit limit and sales per customer to be sent to the Finance and Sales departments to identify the customers’ status
- Issue the weekly report which tracks the achievement of the collection target and sales target to the assistants’ sales representatives and sales representatives which support their incentive collection
- Conduct random sudden physical audit to the sales representatives’ treasury to ensure that the balances match the system’s balance
- Approve and follow-up on the instant cash discounts for the customers based on the policies set by the company
- Approve the branch’s expenses by reviewing the invoices, purchases and discussing the branch supervisor to control the branch costs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Commerce - Accounting Section.
- Experience in the same field.
