Job Description
- Respond to customers’ inquires in terms of warranty, complaints, after sales requests….etc.
- Educate customers regarding warranty services
- Verify claims under warranty
- Liaise with FEN authorized service center and arrange after sales appointments
- Ensure warranty and service issues are resolved both promptly & thoroughly
- Make courtesy calls to customers following the service center visit, and after receiving the satisfaction sheet from the service center
- Maintain appropriate inventory of required spare parts
- Ensure after sales calls are recorded
- Compile reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Assist and participate in conducting telephone surveys and telemarketing activities.
- Execute some follow-up tasks as required.
- Update CRM
Job Requirements
- Education: University graduate, BSC engineering is preferred
- Experience: 3-5 years in similar position
- Personal Qualifications: Problem solving, Customer oriented, Team player, Planning & Organizing skills
- Language Skills: Arabic (Local language) and English (Fluent)
- Computer Skills: MS office, CRM, SAP is an asset
