Job Description

  • Respond to customers’ inquires in terms of warranty, complaints, after sales requests….etc.
  • Educate customers regarding warranty services
  • Verify claims under warranty
  • Liaise with FEN authorized service center and arrange after sales appointments
  • Ensure warranty and service issues are resolved both promptly & thoroughly
  • Make courtesy calls to customers following the service center visit, and after receiving the satisfaction sheet from the service center
  • Maintain appropriate inventory of required spare parts
  • Ensure after sales calls are recorded
  • Compile reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Assist and participate in conducting telephone surveys and telemarketing activities.
  • Execute some follow-up tasks as required.
  • Update CRM

Job Requirements

  • Education: University graduate, BSC engineering is preferred
  • Experience: 3-5 years in similar position
  • Personal Qualifications: Problem solving, Customer oriented, Team player, Planning & Organizing skills
  • Language Skills: Arabic (Local language) and English (Fluent)
  • Computer Skills: MS office, CRM, SAP is an asset
