Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Presales Engineer with a strong background in software solutions to support our sales team. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions (software& Hardware), and delivering compelling technical presentations that demonstrate the value of our products.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Technical Consultation

  • Develop scalable, reliable hardware architectures using HPE ProLiant/MSA, Dell PowerEdge/PowerStore, and other hardware platforms as per client requirements.
  • Integrate VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HPE VME, or alternative virtual platforms in proposed architectures for high availability, performance, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and solution designs

Proposal & Documentation Support

  • Prepare responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with detailed technical input
  • Assist in creating solution architecture, pricing models, and implementation plans
  • Ensure all proposed solutions are technically sound and aligned with client expectations

 

 

Product Expertise & Training

  • Maintain deep knowledge of company products and industry trends
  • Provide training and technical support to internal teams and clients
  • Gather client feedback and relay insights to product development teams

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams
  • Support strategic sales initiatives and contribute to business growth
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting in the software industry
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and integration methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SaaS, ERP, CRM, or custom software solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
