Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Presales Engineer with a strong background in software solutions to support our sales team. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions (software& Hardware), and delivering compelling technical presentations that demonstrate the value of our products.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Technical Consultation
- Develop scalable, reliable hardware architectures using HPE ProLiant/MSA, Dell PowerEdge/PowerStore, and other hardware platforms as per client requirements.
- Integrate VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HPE VME, or alternative virtual platforms in proposed architectures for high availability, performance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and solution designs
Proposal & Documentation Support
- Prepare responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with detailed technical input
- Assist in creating solution architecture, pricing models, and implementation plans
- Ensure all proposed solutions are technically sound and aligned with client expectations
Product Expertise & Training
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products and industry trends
- Provide training and technical support to internal teams and clients
- Gather client feedback and relay insights to product development teams
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams
- Support strategic sales initiatives and contribute to business growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting in the software industry
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and integration methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SaaS, ERP, CRM, or custom software solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
